Our Adult Class is open to women and men ages 14 and older. The Adult Open Gym Class is designed to bring the health and wellness benefits of gymnastics to those beyond the high school age. Participants range from beginning gymnasts to former college-level competitors.

Former/current cheerleaders are also welcomed to come as we have both a spring floor as well as a dead floor. 

 Participants can tumble on our spring floor and have the option to work on any piece of our equipment to include; uneven bars, balance beam, vault, and tumble trak. 

Participants are encouraged to work independently. Direct instruction is available for those new to the sport.
